Where do you deliver?

Shack’s own delivery service operates only within the Sydney metropolitan and greater Sydney region. 

For out of area and interstate deliveries we recommend you get a quote from one of our preferred furniture removalist as they are excellent furniture carriers who we work with daily.  

We will then be happy to assist your chosen carrier with any pick-up once we are advised of the date they will be collecting your furniture from our Banksmeadow, Sydney warehouse. Our logistics mobile number is 0451 519 070 should you require any assistance.

PLEASE NOTE: For out of area and interstate deliveries, our homewares and furniture are not shipped together. Should these items be purchased together in a single order, we will arrange the shipping of your homeware/s product separately and free of charge.

Are your delivery drivers COVID-safe?

Delivery personnel observe strict COVID-safe protocols including face masks, sanitization and social distancing.

What is the delivery process for Sydney?

If you purchase furniture that is in stock, a member of our logistics team will contact you to arrange your delivery.

The day prior to your delivery you will receive a call or text with a three hour time frame and on the day of delivery the carriers will call you half an hour before arrival.

How should I prepare for my delivery?

It is your responsibility to ensure the pieces will easily access the space including doorways and stairwells when carried by two men. We will not issue a refund if access is deemed inadequate to finalise delivery by our delivery contractors and you will need to pay their fee for their time.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver our homewares Australia-wide.

PLEASE NOTE: For out of area and interstate deliveries, our homewares and furniture are not shipped together. Should these items be purchased together in a single order, we will arrange the shipping of your homeware/s product separately and free of charge.

How long before my order is despatched?

All items are despatched within 3 business days of receiving your order and payment.

How long does shipping take?

The number of days for final delivery will depend on Australia Post and your location.  Goods will be delivered to your home or office between Monday – Friday during normal business hours. As a guide, Australia Post will usually take 3-10 business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your item is shipped from our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number. In this email there will also be information and instructions on how to track your order and contact details for the carrier.

What is the cost of shipping?

We offer a $10 flat rate Australia-wide for homewares. You will receive free shipping Australia-wide for homewares orders over $150.
